As a voluntary member of the Green Relief Community, you will support us in building and further developing a helpful and structured platform for medical cannabis.
You help maintain content, provide support in the forum and actively participate in improving our product and knowledge database.
This role is suitable for people who bring their own experience, would like to help and be part of a growing community.
We are looking for committed, reliable and responsible volunteers who treat each other with respect and are genuinely motivated to get involved.
The focus is on the willingness to get involved, think for yourself and actively support the community - in the spirit of a helpful community spirit 🌱
Responsibilities
- Active participation and support in the community forum
- Answering questions and sharing personal experiences
- Maintenance and expansion of the product and knowledge database
- Structuring and improving existing content
- Supporting new members in getting started in the community
- Participation in shaping and further development of the community
- Promoting a respectful and helpful exchange
Must-have
- Interest in the topic of medical cannabis
- Enjoyment of exchanging ideas and supporting others
- Respectful and responsible interaction within the community
- Willingness to actively participate and help out
- Basic communication skills in German or English
- Reliability and independent work
Desirable
- Experience in writing or structuring online content
- Initial experience in online communities or forums
- Interest in the care and organization of information
- Additional language skills besides German or English
- Experience in using forums, CMS or similar platforms
- Experience in moderation or community management
